The Cellar Cuisine Française

celebrates over 33 Glorious Years

In 1969, artistic craftsmen of Disneyland fame created a romantic rendez-vous in the original cellar of the California Hotel. The historic site, built in 1922 is now known as the Villa del Sol and houses fine gift shops, clothiers and boutiques with a European flair as well as four different in dependent restaurants.

The Cellar, winner of The Wine Spectator Grand Award, was selected in 1992 as one of six Restaurants in the world for its outstanding wine list, currently featuring over 1400 selections of European, Californian and other wines from around the world. Culinary excellence abounds with only the finest and freshest food prepared in a lighter version of classical French cuisine.

Over one decade, The Cellar has been the winner of the Travel Holiday Award, The DiRoNA Award, Southern California Restaurant Writers Golden Sceptre and Golden Bacchus Award
